Modern & Professional, Digital, Pre Proof & CTP Department
Having designed the product, editing with the very latest Illustrator and Photoshop CS4 programs, we make multi-up, digital plates, either 720 x 1030mm, or 1140 x 1410mm format via a dedicated Luscher CTP Image setter.
Large format ink jet or machine plate proofing is also available.

Laser Die Making
We offer a comprehensive die making service for various markets, such as folding cartons , greeting cards, gaskets, and fitments, and many more. We use laser equipment to burn the die boards to ensure total accuracy. We have fully automatic computer aided rule bending and cutting machines to ensure speedy finishing of the dies. We provide exact and precise samples from the CAD/CAM system to allow you to match the die with the finished product.
Booklets and leaflets, toys and premiums
Colpac can offer short and long runs of posters and leaflets, as well as paper booklet production up to 36 pages. Looking for a premium? Or a promotional item? Our booklets are an ideal solution. We design and manufacture these fun, eye-catching booklets on site, all under one roof, at Colpac.
